SALES TAX If you are a resident of CA State, 7.25% sales tax will be added to your total.

APO/FPO ORDERS We cannot ship our jewelry to APO or FPO addresses at this time. We suggest having the item shipped to a friend or family member in the states and they can forward to the recipient.

We proudly use UPS for our shipping needs. Once your package is processed it will be picked up by UPS and delivered to your home or business. When UPS picks up the package you will receive an email with a package tracking number so that you can track your package.

All purchases made from Baubles and Bits Jewelry are processed for shipment within 72 hours of receipt of payment. Once processed, the items will be shipped via UPS Ground Service, or via USPS, which takes from 1 - 6 business days from the date they are picked up. UPS does not pick up or deliver on weekends or holidays. IMPORTANT: UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. In the rare case that your item out of stock you will be notified and your order will either be shipped and the out of stock item will be shipped later OR if the item is expected within 7 days we will wait until your entire order is ready and ship the items together. Either way you will only pay a single shipping fee. We charge a flat shipping rate of $8.95 per order. *Please note - orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped in the order they are received. Holiday periods and certain other heavy mail times may delay orders. Please order early around the holidays. Report any damages or loses in transit to the carrier immediately. We cannot be held responsible for damages or losses incurred in transit.

RETURN POLICY:

You may return or exchange your jewelry within 10 days from the date the order reaches the customer. The jewelry must be returned in its original condition for a refund or exchange.

Within 10 days of receipt of the order, e-mail baublesandbitsjewelry@yahoo.com to receive a Return Authorization Number to be placed on the outside of the package and return shipping address. Jewelry may not be returned or exchanged without a Return Authorization Number. All packages without an authorization number will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Please contact us immediately if you wish to return or exchange an order.

For an exchange, indicate on the invoice what you wish to exchange the returned jewelry with. Your account will be credited for the amount of the returned jewelry, less the shipping fees and minus our 25% restocking fee. Be sure to include the jewelry item name, number, and price. It is very important to include your daytime phone number in case we have to contact you. In order to receive a refund or exchange, the jewelry must not show signs of damage, wear or alteration.

Please indicate a reason for your return on the invoice that was included with the shipment of jewelry. Your feedback is very important to us!

Place all the original packaging in the return box, including your jewelry, and the copy of the invoice.

If the customer wishes to cancel an order that has been processed, the customer is responsible for all transaction fees.
